Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Across Thailand and most of Southeast Asia — Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines. Bangkok is our home turf, so it’s the fastest.
How fast is delivery in Bangkok?
Order before 2pm on a weekday, your kit ships the same day. Most Bangkok addresses receive it the next morning. Free over ฿2,000.
Do you ship internationally?
SEA-wide is live. Beyond that, drop us a line — we ship case-by-case for racket-sports communities outside the region. Rates depend on destination and weight.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s the return policy?
14 days, no questions asked. Items must be unused with original tags. We’ll refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Can I exchange a strung racket?
Once strung to your spec, a racket is a personalised item — so it’s not returnable. If something’s structurally wrong with it, that’s a different story: email us and we’ll make it right.
Products
Are products in stock locally?
Yes. Our entire catalogue sits in a Bangkok warehouse. If a product is showing as “in stock” on the site, it’s physically here — not on a slow boat from somewhere.
Do you sell certified tournament gear?
Where it matters — ITF, BWF, FIP, ITTF — yes. Each product page lists the relevant certification. If it’s not certified, it’s not labelled as such. No grey areas.
League Members
How do I get the 10% member discount?
Right now: we email active league players a fresh coupon code on the first of every month — just paste it at checkout. SSO between the league site and the shop is coming soon, and the discount will apply automatically once you’re logged in.
Where do I sign up to the league?
Head to meetplaynow.com and pick your sport. First open court is free — come check it out before you commit.
